社会服务组织成长的路径、关键要素与理论逻辑--基于扎根理论的多案例研究

The Developing Path,Key Elements and Theoretical Logic of Social Service Organization——Multi-case Studies Based on Grounded Theory

在文献分析和实践观察的基础上,将社会服务组织的成长路径分为“政府主导型”、“社企主导型”和“社群主导型”,并选取相应成长路径的典型案例,基于深度访谈数据资料,运用扎根理论构建了社会服务组织成长模型。研究发现:创始人特征、原有资源、合法性肯定、外部支持、资源拼凑、组织合作等是社会服务组织成长的关键要素。上述要素既能单独影响社会服务组织成长,还能部分叠加对其产生共同影响;资源拼凑、组织合作等要素与社会服务组织成长可能构成阶段上的动态循环关系。

Basing on literature analysis and practical observations,the writer are divides the developing paths of social service organizations into“government-led”,“social-enterprise-led”and“community-led”,and then selects typical cases of corresponding developing paths,to construct a developing model of social service organizations basing on the interview data,and grounded theory.The study found that the characteristics of the founder,original resources,affirmation of legitimacy,external support,resource patchwork,organizational cooperation,etc.are the key elements for the developing of social service organizations;the above-mentioned elements can affect the developing of social service organizations alone,but also partially overlap them,have a common impact;elements such as resource patchwork,organizational cooperation,and the developing of social service organizations may constitute a dynamic circular relationship in stages.
