数字化3D打印导板辅助修复磨牙窝沟龋1例

摘要 后牙复合树脂直接修复中,咬合面外形的重塑是严重困扰牙医的临床难题。以堆塑为特点的树脂修复,要求医生扎实的解剖知识、精湛的堆塑技艺,技术敏感性高;同时树脂修复后,修复体咬合调改繁琐费时、容易误伤切削修复体边缘牙体组织、增加修复后患牙敏感风险[1]。探寻微创、精准的修复技术,提升树脂修复的质量、降低技术敏感性和术后敏感性,具有重要的临床意义。近年来,数字化口腔技术发展迅猛,3D打印导板在牙体修复领域应用得到越来越多的临床应用。如数字化定深孔导板引导的精准牙体预备[2],3D打印舌侧导板辅助中切牙Ⅳ类洞直接树脂修复[3,4],此类技术受到临床医生的青睐。本案以磨牙龋源性缺损修复为例,采用数字化技术设计导板,3D打印技术制备导板,在导板辅助下完成磨牙窝沟龋咬合面解剖外形的精准恢复,现报告如下。
