结构紧张与公平隐忧:“双减”政策的阶层反应与可持续发展研究 被引量:8

Structural Tension and Underlying Concerns over Educational Equity:A Study of the Stratification Response to the“Double-reduction”Education Policy and its Sustainable Development

摘要 基于理性选择理论、结构排斥假设与全国27个家庭的质性访谈发现,教育“双减”政策实施一年之后,一些中产阶层家庭教育焦虑不减,私教与课业培训转入地下,中产阶层教育“内卷”的风险仍未完全消除。校际、阶层、区域和城乡间的资源差距、结构紧张形成“双减”之后教育公平的隐忧,对此应深化教育理念和教学内容改革,形成国家、社会、学校、家庭、市场共同参与的综合治理体系,促进教育优质均衡发展,重塑良好教育生态。 Based on the rational choice theory,the structural exclusion hypothesis and the qualitative interviews with 27 families across the country,this study concludes that after the implementation of the“double-reduction”education policy,the educational concerns of some middle-class families have remained,private instruction and course-based training have gone underground,and the risk of education-related involution of the middle class has remained to some extent.The gaps of different school resources,different hierarchal resources,different regional resources and different urban and rural resources as well as the structural tension have resulted in the underlying concerns over the educational equity after the implementation of the“double-reduction”education policy.In this regard,it is necessary to enhance the relevant educational concepts,improve the quality of the teaching materials,establish an integrated governance system involving the state,the society,schools,families and the market,promote the high-quality and balanced development of education,and recreate a good educational ecology.
