摘要
2019年研究团队快速建造了深圳龙华第三小学。这一使用轻量建筑系统帮助缓解深圳学位紧张问题,并获得设计奖项。本文从空间组织、表面材料选用以及杆件的空间知觉等方面介绍这一项目的设计决策,揭示在逼仄地块塑造校园宜人场所的系列原则。文章还从管理决策以及后续影响两个角度,讨论了项目对于快速城市化以及可持续发展的意义。
The research team built Shenzhen Longhua No.3 Primary School in 2019.This project using a lightweight building system to agilely increase the quota supply for Shenzhen public school system later won a design award.This article introduces the design decisions on the spatial organisation,surface material selection and the spatial perception of rods,and reveals a series of principles for forming a pleasant campus on a cramped site.The article also discusses the potential of such a project for rapid urbanisation and sustainable development through its project management and subsequent impact.
