Five architects,He Jianxiang,Zhong Huaying,Zhu Jingxiang,Zhu Yimin and Zhu Xiaofeng,recorded their discussion on the five campus buildings they have completed recently in Shenzhen,Shanghai and Nanjing,covering topics such as building system,structural innovation,design organisation,and South China locality.The article unveiled the pursuit of tectonics quality and the interests on climate,society and memory of those 5 school projects,which go beyond the straight pursuit of engineering efficiency through prefabrication.
