论“常州三杰”的初心与初步

On the Original Aspiration and Pioneering Practice of"Three Outstanding Revolutionists of Changzhou"

瞿秋白、张太雷、恽代英被其家乡人民亲切地称为“常州三杰”。笔者认为,常州三杰的初心是“三确立三成为”。即:确立马克思主义的政治信仰,成为最早的一批青年马克思主义者;确立中国共产党的组织认同并加入,成为中共最早的一批优秀党员;确立为“大多数人”谋“光明的路”、谋“利益”、谋“幸福”,成为最早具有共产主义理想、抱负和政治觉悟的中共领导人。常州三杰有五个方面的“初步”和伟大实践:一是参与建党建团,在组织中国革命的先锋队和后备军上有所创造、有所作为;二是建立统一战线,在促成第一次国共合作上坚定执着、贡献突出;三是重视宣传教育,在探索动员民众、启迪民智、团结壮大革命队伍上呕心沥血、堪称表率;四是走近工农群众,在中国革命的生力军和依靠力量上亲力亲为、找准新路;五是提出土地革命和武装斗争方针,在制定挽救革命挽救党的策略上敢于斗争、勇于担当。

In Changzhou,Qu Qiubai,Zhang Tailei and Yun Daiying are affectionately called"Three Outstanding Revolutionists of Changzhou",whose original aspiration includes"three-establishing and three-becoming",that is,first,establishing Marxist political belief and becoming the earliest young Marxists of the Communist Party of China(CPC);second,establishing the organizational identity of the CPC and becoming the earliest outstanding Party members;third,establishing a"bright road"to seek for the"interests"and"happiness"for the"majority of people",and becoming the earliest leaders of the CPC with communist ideals,ambitions and political consciousness.Meanwhile,they also carry out five great pioneering practice:first,to participate in the founding of the Party and the Communist Youth League,making achievements in organizing the vanguard and reserve forces for the Chinese revolution;second,to contribute to the first Kuomintang-Communist cooperation under the United Front;third,attach importance to publicity and education of the people in mobilizing,enlightening,uniting and strengthening the revolutionary membership;fourth,to explore a new way to enlarge fresh forces by approaching the masses of workers and peasants;fifth,to put forward the principle of agrarian revolution and armed struggle,and dare to fight and take responsibility in formulating strategies to save the revolution and the Party.
