数字普惠金融对绿色创新效率的影响研究——来自中国280个地级市的经验证据

Research on the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Green Innovation Efficiency:Empirical Evidence from 280 Prefecture Level Cities in China

数字普惠金融已成为突破城市绿色创新效率提升困境的关键。既有研究极少关注数字普惠金融对绿色创新效率的影响,且绿色创新效率测算尚存缺陷。采用MinDS模型解决前沿面上投影点选择不合理的问题,测度中国城市绿色创新效率,并利用2011-2018年的280个地级市面板数据,从空间相关性视角就数字普惠金融对绿色创新效率的影响展开研究。结果表明:数字普惠金融虽然对提升城市绿色创新效率具有正向影响,但对周边城市绿色创新效率有虹吸效应;周边城市数字普惠金融对绿色创新效率存在双门槛效应,且不同等级城市存在异质性。因此,中国应完善数字基础设施建设,统筹发展区域数字普惠金融,并制定差异化的数字普惠金融制度,激发绿色创新活力,推动城市绿色创新效率提升。

Digital inclusive finance has become the key to break through the development dilemma of urban green innovation efficiency.Existing studies have paid little attention to the impact of digital inclusive finance on green innovation efficiency,and there are still defects in the calculation of green innovation efficiency.This study used MinDS model to solve the unreasonable selection of projection points on the frontier,measured the efficiency of green innovation in Chinese cities and used the panel data of 280 cities from 2011 to 2018 to study the impact of digital inclusive finance on the efficiency of green innovation from the perspective of spatial correlation.The results show that digital inclusive finance has a positive impact on improving the green innovation efficiency of cities,but has a siphon effect on the green innovation efficiency of surrounding cities;Digital inclusive finance in surrounding cities has a double threshold effect on the efficiency of green innovation,and there is heterogeneity in different levels of cities.Therefore,China should improve the construction of digital infrastructure,comprehensively develop regional digital inclusive finance and formulate a differentiated digital inclusive financial system to stimulate the vitality of green innovation and promote the efficiency of urban green innovation.
