摘要
从投资效率视角研究数字化赋能对微观企业的影响效果,并探究哪些企业更适合加快数字化赋能以提高投资效率。以2013-2020年沪深A股上市企业作为样本对象进行研究,发现数字化赋能有利于全面提高企业投资效率,即既能够改善投资不足,也能够抑制过度投资,并且在规模越大的企业、高新技术企业以及国有企业中,数字化赋能对企业投资效率的提升效果更为明显。进一步研究表明,风险承担能力在数字化赋能提升企业投资效率中发挥着路径机制作用。
This paper study the impact of digital empowerment on micro-enterprises,and explore which companies are more worthy of accelerating digital empowerment to improve investment efficiency from the perspective of investment efficiency.Taking the Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2020 as a sample,it is found that digital empowerment is conducive to improving the investment efficiency of enterprises in an all-round way,that is,it can not only improve the under-investment,but also suppress over-investment.Among technology enterprises and state-owned enterprises,digital empowerment has a more obvious effect on improving the investment efficiency of enterprises.Further research shows that risk tolerance plays a role as a path mechanism in digital empowerment to improve enterprise investment efficiency.
