摘要
随着我国在政策上对装配式建筑的大力支持,国内正在大力推广该类建筑。将BIM技术与装配式建筑施工相结合,分析了装配式建筑施工中的平面布置、质量、安全及进度的管理,采用实例分析的方式,应用BIM技术对虚拟施工进行了建模,并模拟了塔吊、运输路线、碰撞检测、施工进度等各个方面的工作,以期为相关施工单位提供一定指导。
With the support of economy and policy,prefabricated buildings are being vigorously promoted in China,which has become an important link in the development of China’s modernization.This study combines BIM Technology with prefabricated building construction,analyzes the plane layout,quality,safety and progress management in prefabricated building construction,and uses case analysis to model the virtual construction by using BIM Technology,including the simulation of tower crane,transportation route,collision detection,construction progress and so on.The purpose is to provide some reference for the efficiency management of prefabricated building construction.
