摘要
目的 分析抗血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)药物联合激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉阻塞眼底病变的效果及安全性。方法 将视网膜静脉阻塞眼底病变患者根据治疗方案分为常规组(40例,常规激光光凝治疗)和联合组(40例,抗VEGF药物联合激光光凝治疗),比较两组患者治疗3个月时的视力恢复总有效率、治疗后1个月内眼部不良事件发生情况,检测两组患者治疗前及治疗4周时的黄斑中心视网膜厚度,比较两组患者术前,术后1、2及3个月时的最佳矫正视力。结果 治疗后,联合组患者的视力恢复总有效率、最佳矫正视力均高于常规组(P <0.05),黄斑中心视网膜厚度薄于常规组(P=0.009),术后不良事件发生率低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 抗VEGF药物与激光光凝联合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞眼底病变患者效果较好、安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy and safety of the combination of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and laser photocoagulation for patients with retinal vein occlusion(RVO).Methods The patients with RVO were divided into conventional group(n=40,laser photocoagulation)and combination group(n=40,anti-VEGF plus laser photocoagulation).The rates of visual acuity recovery at 3 months of treatment and the incidence of ocular adverse events within 1 month after treatment were compared between two groups.Retinal thickness of macula center was measured before treatment and at 4 weeks of treatment.Best-corrected visual acuity was compared between two groups before operation and at 1,2,and 3 months after operation.Results After treatment,the total rate of visual acuity recovery and best-corrected visual acuity in combination group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Retinal thickness of the macula center was thinner in combination group than that in conventional group(P=0.009).The incidence of adverse events after operation in combination group was lower than that of conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of anti-VEGF drugs and laser photocoagulation is effective and safe for the patients with RVO.
