摘要
目的探讨基于“慕课+任务驱动”的翻转课堂教学模式在《护理研究》课程教学改革中的应用效果。方法选取我校2017、2018级护理本科813名学生为研究对象,将2017级学生作为对照组,采取传统教学方法;将2018级作为观察组,采用基于“慕课+任务驱动”的翻转课堂教学模式,课程结束后从开题报告、课程成绩和课程反馈3个方面比较2组的教学效果。结果观察组护生开题报告在选题依据、文献综述、研究内容、可行性论证、特色与创新及总分方面明显好于对照组(P<0.01);期末考试成绩及课程总分优于对照组(P<0.01);课程反馈除教学内容的掌握、考核方式外,对其他方面的教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于“慕课+任务驱动”的翻转课堂教学模式在《护理研究》课程中的应用,提高了护理本科护生的论文撰写能力和科研能力,提升了学生的参与度、团队意识及教学满意度,值得在教学实践中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the flipped classroom teaching mode based on"massive open online course(MOCC)+task-driven"in the teaching reform of Nursing Research course.Methods A total of 813 undergraduate nursing students of grade 2017 and 2018 in a university were selected as the research object.The students of grade 2017 were selected as the control group with the traditional teaching method,and the student of grade 2018 were selected as the experimental group with the flipped classroom teaching mode based on"MOCC+task-driven".After the course was completed,the teaching effects of two groups were compared from three aspects:research opening report,course performance,and course feedback.Results The opening reports of nursing students in the experimental group was significantly better than those of the control group in terms of topic selection basis,literature review,research content,feasibility demonstration,characteristics and innovation,and total score(P<0.01);The final examination results and the total course scores of the control group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01);In addition to the mastery of teaching contents and assessment methods,the teaching satisfaction of the course feedback group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of the flipped classroom teaching mode based on"MOCC+task-driven"in the course of Nursing Research can improve the thesis writing ability and scientific research ability of undergraduate nursing students,and increase students'participation,team consciousness,and teaching satisfaction,which is worthy of popularization and application in teaching practice.
