“培、送、研、学”一体化:乡村幼儿园教师专业发展体系的构建——以江西省上饶市为例 被引量:3

摘要 高素质教师队伍是乡村学前教育高质量发展的关键。以上饶市乡村幼儿园教师为研究对象,运用问卷调查和访谈法发现,上饶市乡村幼儿园教师队伍存在教师数量不达标,高学历、高职称和事业编制占比偏低的现象,乡村幼儿园教师在专业知识、专业能力、教研能力等方面有进一步发展的需求。针对这种现状,可以探索构建“集中培训、送教下乡、送培到园、园本研修、自主学习”一体化的乡村幼儿园教师专业发展体系,通过建设集中培训精品项目,打造一支稳定的培训专家队伍,定期送教下乡和送培到园,并建立园本研修常态化和教师自主发展机制,有效促进乡村幼儿园教师专业终身发展。 High-quality teachers are the key to the high-quality development of rural preschool education. Taking the rural preschool teachers in Shangrao City as the research object, using questionnaire survey and interview method, the research group finds that the number of teachers in the rural kindergartens in Shangrao city is not up to standard, the proportions of high academic qualification, high professional title and career establishment are all at a lower level, and that rural preschool teachers need further development in professional knowledge, professional ability, teaching and research ability and so on. In response to this situation, this paper tries to explore the construction of a professional development system for rural preschool teachers that integrates "centralized training, sending education to the countryside, sending training to kindergartens, kingdergarten-based research and study, independent learning". Through the construction of centralized training high-quality projects, it is to create a stable team of training experts regularly sending education to the countryside and sending training to kindergartens, and to establish a mechanism for normalizing kindergarten-based research and training and teachers’ independent development, so as to effectively promote the professional and lifelong development of rural preschool teachers.
