同步旋转坐标系下的三相四开关整流器控制及调制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 三相四开关整流器(Three-phase Four-switch Rectifier,TPFSR)由于其低成本和可作为六开关整流器的故障重构拓扑得到了广泛关注。本文详细分析了TPFSR的工作原理,建立了αβ静止坐标系和dq同步旋转坐标系下的精确数学模型。提出了一种简化的空间矢量脉宽调制方法 (SVPWM)和一种载波调制方法(SPWM),并从本质上证明了两种调制方法的一致性。针对直流侧两电容电压有可能出现的不平衡问题,提出在故障重构桥臂的电流参考值上叠加电容电压偏移直流分量的控制策略,并详细推导了同步旋转坐标系下电容均压的具体实施方法,实现了两电容电压平衡控制。最后搭建了实验平台,实验结果验证了所提调制和控制方法的正确性和可行性。 Due to its low cost and its reconstruction from a three-phase six-switch topology with switch device fault,the three-phase four-switch rectifier(TPFSR) has attracted more and more attention.Firstly,the working principle of TPFSR is analyzed in detail in this paper,and the mathematical models are established in αβ stationary coordinate system and dq synchronous rotating system respectively.Then,a simplified space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) method and a sinusoidal carrier pulse modulation method(SPWM) are proposed,and the consistency of the two modulation methods is proven in essence.In order to solve the possible imbalance of the two capacitor voltage in the DC side,the strategy of adding capacitor voltage offset DC component to the reference current of the fault reconstructed bridge arm is proposed.The implementation methods of balancing the capacitor voltage in dq synchronous coordinate systems are deduced in detail,and the balance of the two capacitor voltage in DC-side is realized.Finally,an experimental platform is built and the correctness and feasibility of the proposed modulation and control methods are verified by the experimental results.
