六种花卉植物对农田重金属富集特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 农田土壤中的重金属可以通过食物链威胁人畜健康,因此治理农田土壤重金属污染迫在眉睫。研究以东莞市某农田为实验场地,以Cu-Zn-Cd-Pb复合污染为目标物,比较6种花卉植物(胡椒薄荷、阜油一号薄荷、粉扇月季、扉扇月季、彩虹月季和凤仙花)的生长响应、植物体内重金属含量、富集系数、转移系数等,并分析重复种植对富集含量的影响。结果表明:六种花卉植物在该农田长势良好,其中凤仙花对Zn、Cd和Pb的富集效果最好;胡椒薄荷对Cu的富集效果最好;凤仙花对Zn、Pb的转移系数分别为3.07和2.88,表现出强迁移能力;重复种植两季花卉植物发现,两季植物体内重金属含量差异不大。 Heavy metals in farmland soil can threaten the health of human and livestock through the food chain,so it is urgent to control heavy metal pollution in farmland soil.The study took a farmland in Dongguan city as an experimental site,with Cu-Zn-Cd-Pb compound pollution as the target,and compared six flower plants(peppermint,Fuyouyihao peppermint,Caihong Chinese rose,Feishan Chinese rose,Fenshan Chinese rose,impatiens balsamina) in terms of growth response of flower plants,heavy metal content in plants,enrichment coefficient,transfer coefficient of pepper mint,and analyzed the effect of repeated planting on the enrichment content.The results showed that the six flower plants grew well in the field,among which impatiens had the best enrichment effect on Zn,Cd and Pb,and pepper mint on Cu;The transfer coefficients of impatiens balsamina to Zn and Pb were 3.07 and 2.88,respectively,showing a strong transfer ability.Continuous cropping has no significant effect on Enrichment efficiency.
