基于TCGA数据库的乳腺癌的免疫细胞浸润模式及预后相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨免疫细胞在乳腺癌中的浸润程度情况,分析不同免疫细胞与临床特征及预后之间的关系。方法从癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)网站下载乳腺癌数据,计算不同免疫细胞的浸润程度,以临床特征分层,分析免疫细胞浸润程度与临床特征间的关系;根据免疫细胞浸润程度高低,进行生存分析,评估免疫细胞浸润程度与预后关系。结果 在22种免疫细胞中,巨噬细胞M2型等14种免疫细胞在乳腺癌标本及正常标本中浸润程度存在差异性(P<0.05)。其中巨噬细胞M2型在乳腺癌中浸润程度与年龄、淋巴结转移、TNM分期正相关,高浸润组的患者生存期较低浸润组的患者更差。结论 巨噬细胞M2型在乳腺癌组织中浸润程度,与患者的年龄、淋巴结转移状态、TNM分期及总生存期相关,是一种潜在的预后预测及治疗靶标。 Objective To investigate the degree of immune cell infiltration in breast cancer and analyze the relationship between different immune cells and clinical features and prognosis.Methods Breast cancer data were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)website.The degree of immune cell infiltration was calculated,stratified by clinical characteristics,and the relationship between the degree of immune cell infiltration and clinical characteristics was analyzed.Survival analysis was performed according to the degree of immune cell infiltration,and the relationship between the degree of immune cell infiltration and prognosis was evaluated.Results Among the 22 kinds of immune cells,14 kinds of immune cells,including macrophage M2 type,had different infiltration degree between breast cancer specimens and normal specimens(P<0.05).The degree of macrophage M2 infiltration in breast cancer was positively correlated with age,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage,and the survival time of patients in the high infiltration group was worse than that in the low infiltration group.Conclusion The degree of macrophage M2 infiltration in breast cancer is correlated with age,lymph node metastasis status,TNM stage and overall survival.It is a potential prognostic and therapeutic target.
