摘要
欧盟内部铁路系统制式众多,为满足互联互通需要,制定了较为详尽的铁路限界技术标准,在世界范围内影响较大。近年来,国内企业承担的海外铁路项目及装备出口项目越来越多,系统性掌握欧盟标准体系中铁路限界的计算方法对项目顺利实施十分重要。为此,对欧盟铁路互通性技术规范(TSI)、欧洲铁路限界系列标准(EN 15273—1/2/3)进行研究;总结欧盟技术标准体系下限界计算的一般思路,提炼欧盟铁路限界计算方法的关键点,并针对具体案例,分别基于欧盟限界标准体系及我国铁路限界标准总结建筑限界的确定流程。研究成果可帮助国内相关技术人员深入理解欧盟标准体系中铁路限界计算方法,并为设计人员在采用欧盟技术标准体系进行铁路限界计算中提供参考。
There are many different railway systems in the European Union(EU).In order to meet the needs of interoperability,more detailed railway gauge technical standards and specifications have been published with a wide impact in the world.The EU concept and method of gauge calculations are quite different from China’s railway gauge technical standards.In recent years,as Chinese enterprises undertake more and more overseas railway projects and equipment exports,a systematic grasp of the calculation methods of railway gauges in the EU standard system is very important for the implementation of the projects.For this purpose,the technical specifications for interoperability of the rail system in the EU(TSI)and the European railway gauges standards(EN 15273—1/2/3)are studied;common rules for the calculation of gauges in the EU technical standard system are summarized,key points of the calculation method are refined;and the process in determining structure gauges is provided based on the EU standard system and China’s railway gauge standard respectively in view of specific cases.The research can help relevant technical personnel understand the calculation methods of railway gauges in the EU standard system,and provide reference for designers in the calculation of railway gauges using the EU technical standard system.
