摘要
老旧小区微空间更新是提升人居环境品质、推动高质量发展的城市更新重要环节之一。基于住房和城乡建设部提出的"共同缔造"理念,老旧小区环境更新需改变单一主体模式。依据合供理论相关文献,阐述合供理论的概念辨析、影响因素与分析框架的研究进展。分析北京市老旧小区多元主体需求矛盾、社区空间规划不当、政策更新和资金缺乏等现实困境,反映社区公共服务动员力不足、专业性不强、覆盖面不广的问题,总结合供模式下微空间更新的三条路径,涉及重要合供主体和关键合供环节。海淀街道小南庄社区案例表明,社区内部公共空间和居民的合供行为相互影响,同时北京市引入责任规划师制度有效促进了居民合供行为。合供模式有效发挥了责任规划师的作用,激发了居民主体性,形成了可持续的社区更新路径。
The micro-space renewal in old residential communities is one of the essential aspects of urban renewal,which can improve the quality of the human living environment and promote high-quality development.Based on the concept of"coproduction"proposed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,the environmental renewal of old residential communities needs to change the model of a single entity.This study describes the progress of research on concept discrimination,influencing factors,and the analytical framework of the coproduction theory based on the literature on coproduction theory.By analyzing the real-life dilemmas of contradictory demands of multiple subjects,improper community spatial planning,and lack of renewal policies and funds in Beijing's old residential communities,it reflects the problems of insufficient mobilization power,weak professionalism,and poor coverage of community public services,thus summarizing three paths of micro space renewal under the combined supply model,involving important combined supply subjects and key combined supply links.The case of the Xiaonanzhuang community in Haidian Street shows that the public space within the community and the residents'coproduction behavior influence each other.At the same time,introducing the responsible planner system in Beijing effectively promotes the residents'coproduction behavior.The coproduction model effectively plays the role of responsible planners,stimulates residents'subjectivity,and forms a sustainable community regeneration path.
