武夷山市市民广场满意度评价及改善策略研究

Research on satisfaction evaluation and improvement strategy of Mount Wuyi citizen square

城市广场兼具为市民提供娱乐休闲场所、展示城市形象、满足居民对美好生活需求等多方面功能,是城市不可或缺的重要组成部分。近年来,城市广场建设受到了诸多关注,然而结合使用者实际需求的满意度评价研究并不多。研究以武夷山市市民广场为案例,利用SD法和主成分分析法,尝试量化测度居民使用的主观满意度情况,探究影响居民满意度评价的主导因素,并因地制宜提出改善策略。

City square has many functions,such as providing entertainment and leisure places for citizens,displaying the image of the city and meeting the needs of residents for a better life.It is an indispensable and important part of the city.In recent years,the construction of urban squares has received a lot of attention,but there are few studies on satisfaction evaluation combined with the actual needs of users.Taking Mount Wuyi citizen square as a case,using SD method and principal component analysis,this study attempts to quantify the subjective satisfaction of residents,explore the leading factors affecting residents’ satisfaction evaluation,and put forward improvement strategies according to local conditions.
