某办公楼大跨度悬挑钢结构楼盖舒适度探析

摘要 因场地规划、建筑功能和建筑效果需要,某办公楼设有转角连接体和大跨度悬挑平台。根据该办公楼大跨度悬挑钢结构楼盖特点,从模型选取、频率分析、参数选择、行走激励荷载等方面梳理舒适度有限元分析的相关内容,并根据手算计算结果和SAP2000软件的有限元分析结果,结合规范,进行符合性判断。从中可知,复杂的大跨度悬挑钢结构在结构强度和变形满足规范要求时,楼盖舒适度不一定满足规范要求。为确保建筑物的正常使用,需进行舒适度分析,并采用整体模型计算。 Due to the needs of site planning,building function and architectural effect,an office building has a corner connector and large-span cantilevered platform.According to the characteristics of the large-span cantilevered steel structure floor of the office building,the relevant contents of comfort finite element analysis are sorted out from the aspects of model selection,frequency analysis,parameter selection and walking excitation load.According to the manual calculation results and the finite element analysis results of SAP2000 software,combined with the specification,the conformity judgment is carried out.It can be seen that the comfort of the floor may not meet the requirements of the code when the structural strength and deformation of the complex large-span cantilevered steel structure meet the requirements of the code.In order to ensure the normal use of the building,it is necessary to carry out the comfort analysis and adopt the overall model calculation.
