摘要
项目对抗浮锚杆局部结构进行改进,并结合现场试验和相关理论分析,提出分段反弯锚杆工法,具有相对较高的变形刚度和极限抗拉拔性能。工法提出的施工流程及相应质量检测试验及控制标准,很好地解决了复杂深基坑在富水地层中的抗浮问题,对基坑长期安全性和耐久性起到了良好的促进作用。采用此工法施工的大量抗浮锚杆质量合格率100%,没有出现返工等问题,经济和社会效益明显。
In this project,the local structure of anti floating anchor rod is improved,and combined with field test and relevant theoretical analysis,the segmental reverse bending anchor rod construction method is proposed,which has relatively high deformation stiffness and ultimate pull-out resistance.The construction process and corresponding quality inspection test and control standards proposed by this construction method have solved the anti floating problem of complex deep foundation pit in water rich stratum,and played a good role in promoting the long-term safety and durability of the foundation pit.The quality qualification rate of a large number of anti floating anchors constructed by this method is 100%,and there is no rework and other problems.The economic and social benefits are obvious.
