建筑工程施工是一门要求极高且十分复杂的综合性科学。近年来,BIM技术作为新兴起的概念,在建筑施工领域突破了传统技术应用的局限,对施工中的资源配置、节约成本、加快进度、提高质量有良好的推进作用,得到广泛的应用,但仍未达到预期效果。为此,对BIM技术在施工中的现状以及制约因素进行探讨,并对BIM技术在施工中的优越性进行了分析,以期增加建筑工程施工的综合效益。

Construction engineering construction is a highly demanding and complex comprehensive science.In recent years,BIM Technology,as an emerging concept,has broken through the limitations of traditional technology application in the field of building construction.It will play a good role in promoting resource allocation,cost saving,progress acceleration and quality improvement during construction.It has been widely used,but it has not achieved the desired effect.Therefore,this paper discusses the current situation and restrictive factors of BIM Technology in construction,and analyzes the advantages of BIM Technology in construction,with a view to increasing the comprehensive benefits of construction engineering construction.
