高层建筑结构装配式施工技术应用研究

Research on the Construction Technology Application of Prefabricated Construction for Tall Buildings

装配式结构具有施工周期短、施工精度高、建设成本低等优势,在建筑结构设计及施工中有非常广阔的应用前景,是目前建筑结构发展的重要方向。为确保高层建筑装配式结构施工安全,加快装配式结构的推广应用,以福建省某高层装配式建筑结构工程为背景,在深入研究设计方案的基础上,从模板支撑工程架设、预制构件吊装施工、拼缝处理、隐蔽工程检查、预制楼梯安装施工、施工安全技术要求等方面分析装配式施工的技术要点;并从进场质量检验、存放质量要求、安装质量检验三方面提出了预制构件现场质量控制要求,为后续相关工程提供参考借鉴依据。

With the advantages of short construction period,high construction precision and low construction cost,prefabricated structures have a very broad application prospect in the design of tall buildings and tend to be an important direction for the development of buildings.In order to ensure the construction safety of prefabricated structures in high-rise buildings and accelerate the popularization and application of prefabricated structures,taking the project of prefabricated building structure in Fujian Province as the background,on the basis of analyzing the design scheme in-depth,the construction technical points of prefabricated structures were put forward from the aspects that were formwork support engineering erection,hoisting construction,joint treatment,concealed engineering inspection,prefabricated staircase installation and construction safety technical requirements,and the quality control requirements of prefabricated structures were put forward from the aspects that were entry quality inspection,storage quality requirements and installation quality inspection.The research results could provide reference for subsequent related projects.
