摘要
某电厂在超低排放改造中,SCR脱硝系统采用尿素热解制氨工艺。改造后在锅炉运行过程中出现热解炉内壁、下锥体及出口管道结垢、堵塞的问题,严重影响环保参数达标及锅炉安全稳定运行。为了解决上述问题,对热解炉结垢的原因进行分析、制定了可行预防措施,保证了锅炉稳定运行及环保参数达标排放。
SCR denitrification system with urea pyrolysis for ammonia process was chosen in an ultra-low emission retrofit of a power plant.During the operation of the boiler after the renovation,there were problems of scaling and blocking on the inner wall of the pyrolysis furnace,the lower cone and the outlet pipe,which seriously affected the environmental protection parameters and the safe and stable operation of the boiler.In order to solve those problems,the causes of pyrolysis fur⁃nace scaling were analyzed and feasible preventive measures were developed to ensure the stable op⁃eration of the boiler and the environmental protection parameters to meet the emission standards.
