摘要 随着我国制造业高质量发展持续推进,智慧制造也为钢铁企业搭建了全新集成创新平台,要实现工厂无人化就需要将人的智慧与机电仪控液有机集成为统一的整体。钢铁联合企业智慧制造必须遵循设备基础设施高作业率、零故障原则,服务设备定修模型倒逼生产运行中痛点、难点、热点,将问题解决做为智慧制造应用场景首选;现有存量大数据应用及难点问题关键数据采集,是智慧制造关键路径突破口;结合智能控制攻关案例实践浅析钢铁企业智慧制造应用场景与关键路径,值得借鉴与推广。 As the high-quality development of China's manufacturing industry continues to advance,intelligent manufacturing has also built a new integrated innovation platform for steel enter⁃prises.The realization of unmanned factories requires the unification of human intelligence and elec⁃tromechanical instrumentation control.Intelligent manufacturing in the steel union must follow the principle of high operation rate and zero failure of equipment infrastructure,service equipment fixed repair model is used to force the pain points,difficulties and hot spots in production operation,and make problem solving as the first choice of intelligent manufacturing application scenarios.
