阐述了在钢铁企业圆棒表面缺陷全自动修磨系统中,如何利用西门子S7-1500系列PLC作为机器人控制器,实现全自动修磨系统的开发。细致和全面地介绍了开发的背景、过程和实际效果。通过对工艺步序的层层判断,实现了圆棒修磨的自动循环运行。
This article describes the development of a fully automated grinding system for round bar surface defects in a steel company with a Siemens S7-1500 series PLC as the robot con⁃troller,meticulously and comprehensively introduces the background,process and practical results of the development,which enables the automatic cycle operation of round bar regrinding by judging the process step by step.
