探讨Inventor iLogic在钢渣滚筒轮系中的智能化应用

摘要 钢铁冶金工程是一个体量庞大的系统,随着日益增长的行业需求,传统的工程设计模式已经跟不上时代发展的脚步,实现绿色发展和智能制造势在必行,短流程、可视化、低容错、标准化是对我们每个工程设计人员提出的新要求。针对Inventor iLogic在钢渣滚筒轮系中的智能化应用进行了阐述,并通过案例验证,尝试提出在冶金机械设计中引入iLogic逻辑控制理念,提出了钢渣滚筒设备急需进行智能化应用的迫切性,以此促进钢渣处理技术的可持续发展。 Iron and steel metallurgical engineering is a massive system.With the increasing demands of the industry,the traditional engineering design model has failed to keep pace with the development of the times.Achieving green development and intelligent manufacturing is imperative.Short process,visualization,low fault tolerance and standardization are the new requirements for en⁃gineering designers.The intelligent application of Inventor iLogic in the steel slag drum wheel sys⁃tem is described,and through case verification,an attempt is made to propose the introduction of the iLogic's logic control concept in metallurgical machinery design,the urgency of the need for in⁃telligent application on steel slag drum equipment is proposed,so as to promote the sustainable de⁃velopment of steel slag processing technology.
