摘要
针对某钢厂两座高炉热风炉的脱硫超低排放改造方案进行了工艺选择。考虑高炉热风炉烟气参数、场地布置对各种脱硫工艺的适应性进行比选,最终选择固定床脱硫工艺吸附脱除烟气中的SO_(2)气体,使得高炉热风炉烟气经过净化处理后,SO_(2)和颗粒物浓度达到超低排放要求。
A process selection was made for retrofit schemeof flue gas desulfurization and ultra-low emission for two hot blast stoves of blast furnace in a steel mill.Considering the flue gas pa⁃rameters and the adaptability of the site layout to various desulfurization processes,the fixed bed de⁃sulfurization process was finally selected to adsorb and remove SO_(2) gas from the flue gas,so that af⁃ter the purification,the concentration of SO_(2) and particulate matter of the flue gas reaches the ultralow emission requirements.
