随着近几年快消品行业的兴盛,快消品行业的销售渠道种类多而复杂,传统业态和新兴业态等多种渠道并存。尤其电商、网络直播等销售形势的快速发展,快消行业集中度逐步上升、竞争度加大,造成快消品更迭速度加快,这样就给昆仑好客便利店在快消品进货和销售方面提出更高的要求。如何建立快消品快速引入并符合中国石油的采购模式,是今后一段时期亟需解决的问题。昆仑好客便利店依托加油站网络体系,发挥着一定的规模优势,不断在市场需求和零售服务行业发展方向摸索,逐渐摸索建立非油品业务市场化管理运行机制。
With the prosperity of the FMCG industry in recent years, the types of sales channels of the FMCG industry are numerous and complex, and many channels such as traditional formats and emerging formats coexist, especially the rapid development of e-commerce,network live broadcast and other sales situations, the concentration and competition of the FMCG industry have gradually increased,resulting in the rapid change of FMCG. Thus, Kunlun hospitality convenience store has put forward higher requirements on the purchase and sales of FMCG. How to establish the procurement mode of fast introduction of FMCG and conforming to PetroChina is an urgent problem to be solved in the future. Relying on the network system of gas stations, Kunlun hospitality convenience store is playing a certain scale advantage, constantly exploring the market demand and the development direction of the retail service industry, and gradually exploring the establishment of a market-oriented management and operation mechanism for non oil business.
