聚合氯化铝与氧化镁混凝去除电厂循环排污水中的硅 被引量:1

Coagulation of Polyaluminum Chloride and Magnesium Oxide for Removal of Silicon in Circulating Wastewater from Power Plants

摘要 以某热电厂循环排污水为研究对象,探究聚合氯化铝(PAC)与氧化镁(MgO)在去除循环排污水中的硅的应用效果。通过研究PAC和MgO的用量、反应温度及反应时间对除硅效果的影响,发现当PAC用量为150 mg/L,m(MgO)∶m(SiO)的比例为20∶1,反应温度为50℃且反应时间为40min时,硅的去除率可以达到91.7%。PAC与MgO在混凝中的协同作用可以更好地除去硅。 Taking the circulating sewage of a thermal power plant as the research object, the application effect of polyaluminum chloride(PAC) and magnesium oxide(MgO) in removing silicon from circulating sewage was explored. By studying the effects of the amount of PAC and MgO, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the removal of silicon, it was found that when the amount of PAC was 150 mg/L, the ratio of m(MgO):m(SiO) was 20 : 1, and the reaction temperature was at 50 ℃ and the reaction time is 40 min, the removal rate of silicon can reach 91.7%. The synergistic effect of polyaluminum chloride and magnesium oxide in coagulation can better remove silicon.
