工业污水处理厂MBR与人工湿地组合工艺运行效果的分析 被引量:2

摘要 为响应国家“三线一单”的政策,宜宾市某工业集中区污水处理厂进行提标改造,以达到更严格的污水排放标准。本工程采用水解酸化+A^(2)/O-MBR+垂直流人工湿地的组合工艺,设计污水处理能力为10000m^(3)/d。根据2021年的全年运行结果,当进水COD、氨氮、总氮和总磷浓度分别为123~332 mg/L、9~29 mg/L、15~39 mg/L和0.6~1.2 mg/L时,经过该工艺处理后对有机物、氨氮、总氮和总磷的平均去除率分别达到90%、98.7%、62%和79%时,表明出水水质稳定,达到DB 51/2311—2016《四川省岷江、沱江流域水污染排放标准》的要求。 In response to the national policy of “three lines and one order”, a sewage treatment plant in an industrial concentration zone in Yibin City has been upgraded to meet stricter sewage discharge standards. This project adopts the combined process of hydrolysis and acidification + A^(2)/O-MBR + vertical flow constructed wetland. The designed sewage treatment capacity is 10 000 m^(3)/d. According to the annual operation results in 2021, when the influent COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentrations are 123-332 mg/L, 9-29 mg/L, 15-39 mg/L and 0.6-1.2 mg/L, when the average removal rates of organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen,and total phosphorus reached 90%, 98.7%, 62% and 79%, respectively, after this process, the effluent quality was stable. It meets the requirements of DB 51/2311—2016 “Water Pollution Discharge Standards for Minjiang and Tuojiang Basins in Sichuan Province”.
