Party Building Leads the Safety Management of State-owned Enterprises

国有企业是中国特色社会主义的重要物质基础和政治基础,是我们党执政兴国的重要支柱和依靠力量,坚持党的领导,加强党的建设,是中国国有企业的光荣传统,是国有企业的“根”和“魂”。国有企业高质量发展,安全管理是基础工作,必须发挥国有企业党组织领导核心和政治核心作用,牢固树立安全发展理念,学习和引进世界先进安全管理经验,培育先进安全文化,进一步夯实安全管理工作。文章通过分析当前石油行业国有企业安全管理存在的问题及原因分析、提出相应的建设性整改措施,探讨党建引领国有企业安全管理实践。

State-owned enterprises is the important material basis and political foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics, is an important pillar of our Party governing and rejuvenating the country and rely on strength. Adhering to the leadership of the Party and strengthening the Party building are the glorious tradition of our state-owned enterprises and the “root” and “soul” of stateowned enterprises. For high quality development of state-owned enterprises, safety management is the basic work. We must give play to the role of the leadership core and political core of the Party organization of state-owned enterprises, firmly establish a safe development concept, learn and introduce the world’s advanced safety management experience, cultivate advanced safety culture, further strengthen safety management. This paper analyzes the problems and causes of the safety management of state-owned enterprises in the current oil industry, puts forward corresponding constructive rectification measures, and discusses the practice of leading state-owned enterprises by Party building.
