摘要
化工园区内部环境复杂,一旦发生火情容易迅速扩散,甚至可能引发爆炸,扑救难度较大。通过深度分析化学园区火灾场景,针对火灾蔓延迅速、次生灾害危害严重、消防装备不足等现实问题,尝试提出一些有效的解决策略,建构智慧型消防救援系统,制定合理的灭火技术方案,在优化消防资源配置的基础上,增强化工园区火灾事故的处置能力,实现及时、高效灭火救援的目的。
The internal environment of chemical parks is complex, and once a fire occurs, it is easy to spread rapidly and may even cause an explosion, which is difficult to fight. Through deep analysis of the chemical park fire scenario, in view of the fire spread quickly, serious secondary disasters harm, lack of fire-fighting equipment and other practical problems, try to put forward some effective solution strategies, construct intelligent firefighting and rescue system, develop reasonable firefighting technical solutions, and enhance the disposal capacity of fire accidents in chemical park on the basis of optimal firefighting resource allocation, so as to achieve timely and efficient firefighting and rescue purpose.
