移动式自安装井口平台拖航稳性分析

摘要 作为海洋油能源开发、海洋油资源勘探、采油服务重要载体的移动式自安装井口平台是现代运用最为广泛与高频的海洋设备,许多海洋作业都需要频繁的迁航和拖航,且拖航就位工作仍然是海上较为危险的项目,在海油能源发展的百年历史中存在许多较为沉痛的典型事例,所以移动式自安装井口平台拖航稳性的安全问题引起了国际范围的强烈关注。因此,文章首先介绍了移动式自安装井口平台的基本概况,其次提出了现代移动式自安装井口平台稳性规范要求,同时阐述了移动式自安装井口平台稳定计算流程,最后对移动式自安装井口平台稳性计算结果进行详细分析,希望为未来移动式自安装井口平台拖航稳性分析提供新思路。 As an important carrier of the marine oil energy development, marine oil resources exploration and oil production service, mobile self-installation wellhead platform is the most widely used and high frequency marine equipment in modern times. Many marine operations need frequent migration and towing, and towing work is still a more dangerous project. There are many more painful typical examples in the history of CNOOC energy development, so mobile self-installation wellhead platform towing stability safety problems has caused the international scope of strong concern. Therefore, the article first introduces the basic situation of mobile self-installed wellhead platform, then proposes the modern mobile self-installed wellhead platform stability specification requirements, and expounds the mobile wellhead platform stability calculation process. Finally, the stability calculation results of the mobile wellhead platform are analyzed in detail, hoping to provide new ideas for the future analysis of mobile self-installed wellhead platform towing stability.
