摘要
本文介绍了一种用于燃料电池系统离心压缩机的高速永磁电机,讨论了高速永磁电机设计过程中的关键问题,根据系统需求参数确定了电机的转子结构、轴承结构和详细参数。应用Maxwell建立了电机的有限元模型,通过对电磁场的分析、转子损耗分析,评估了影响电机损耗的关键参数。本文的设计方法可为燃料电池系统离心压缩机的设计提供很好的参考价值。
In this paper,the design of a high-speed permanent magnet motor for centrifugal compressor in fuel cell system was introduced.The key problems in the design were discussed,the rotor structure,bearing structure and detailed parameters of the motor were determined according to the system parameters.The finite element model of the motor was established by Maxwell.Through the analysis of electromagnetic field and rotor loss,the key parameters affecting the motor loss were evaluated.The design method in this paper can provide a good reference value for the design of centrifugal compressor in fuel cell system.
