早产儿体内维生素A、IL-13、INF-γ水平与肺炎的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究早产儿体内维生素A(VA)、白细胞介素13(IL-13)及干扰素γ(INF-γ)水平与患儿发生肺炎的相关性。方法:选取2019年10月—2021年9月我院收取的重症肺炎早产儿22例为重症观察组及轻症患儿34例为轻症观察组,统称为观察组,并选取同期在我院治疗并出院的、无特殊病史的早产儿26例作为对照组。比较对照组和观察组患儿血清VA、IL-13及INF-γ水平;比较不同严重程度肺炎患儿中血清VA、IL-13及INF-γ水平;并采用Spearson相关性血清VA、IL-13及INF-γ水平与肺炎的相关性。结果:观察组患儿血清IL-13及INF-γ水平显著高于对照组,且VA水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重症肺炎患儿血清VA水平显著低于轻症肺炎患儿,且血清IL-13及INF-γ水平较轻症肺炎早产儿高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性检验,早产儿体内VA水平与发生肺炎呈负相关,血清IL-13及INF-γ水平与发生肺炎呈正相关(P<0.50)。结论:早产儿体内血清VA普遍较低。血清VA水平、血清IL-13及INF-γ均与早产儿肺炎的发生发展密切相关,且VA水平越低肺炎越严重,与早产儿肺炎呈负相关;IL-13及INF-γ水平越高,肺炎越严重,与早产儿肺炎呈正相关。临床上可通过检测肺炎早产儿血清VA、IL-13及INF-γ水平判断治疗效果。
