摘要
课程思政是新时代我国高校思想政治教育教学的重大变革。根据课程思政理念在不同时间节点的研究深度及其在高校的实践广度,其演进历程可以划分为基于学科德育经验的课程思政理念探索阶段(2005-2013)、课程思政从理论构想走向试点推进阶段(2014-2019)、课程思政教育教学改革思路全面推广阶段(2020-)三个阶段,遵循着从“专员育人”到“全员育人”、从“阶段育人”到“全过程育人”、从“单向育人”到“全方位育人”的演化逻辑,最终指向构建全员全程全方位育人的大思政格局。当前,要继续推动我国高校课程思政改革向纵深发展,一要发挥政策作用,助力育人实践;二要完善体制机制,做好育人保障;三要明确主体责任,提升育人能力;四要挖掘思政资源,筑牢育人阵地。
Curriculum-based ideological and political education(CBIPE) is an important reform in the college ideological and political education of China in the new era. According to the depth and width of CBIPE in research and practice at different time nodes, its evolution covers three stages: the exploration stage based on discipline moral education experience(2005-2013), the stage from theoretical conception to educational piloting(2014-2019), and the comprehensive popularization stage(since 2020). It follows the evolutionary logic from “commissioner education” to “all staff education”, from “phase-based education” to “whole-process education”, from “one-way education” to “all-round education”, pointing to the construction of the grand system of ideological and political education. At present, in order to promote the in-depth development of CBIPE in colleges and universities, we should exert the role of policies, improve the related systems and mechanisms, clarify the responsibility of the educational subjects, and tap the resources for ideological and political education.
