硫辛酸联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical effect of lipoic acid combined with insulin pump in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨硫辛酸联合胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月在郑州颐和医院住院治疗的80例T2DM患者为研究对象,随机将其分为胰岛素组和硫辛酸组,每组40例。胰岛素组应用胰岛素泵治疗,硫辛酸组在胰岛素泵治疗基础上联合硫辛酸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的空腹血糖(FPG)、早餐餐后2小时血糖(2 h PG)、午餐2 h PG、晚餐2 h PG、睡前血糖均低于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。硫辛酸组的FPG达标时间短于胰岛素组,胰岛素基础量、追加量、总量少于胰岛素组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)高于治疗前,胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)低于治疗前,且硫辛酸组优于胰岛素组(P<0.05)。结论硫辛酸联合胰岛素泵治疗T2DM的临床效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of lipoic acid combined with insulin pump on type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 80 T2DM patients hospitalized in Zhengzhou Yihe Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into insulin group and lipoic acid group,with 40cases in each group.The insulin group was treated with insulin pump,and the lipoic acid group was treated with lipoic acid on the basis of insulin pump.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG)of breakfast,2 h PG of lunch,2 h PG of dinner and plasma glucose before sleep in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of reaching the standard of FPG of the lipoic acid group was shorter than that of the insulin group,and the basal amount,supplemental amount and total amount of insulin were less than those of the insulin group(P<0.05).After treatment,the homeostasis model assessment ofβcell function(HOMA-β)of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)was lower than that before treatment,and those of the lipoic acid group were better than the insulin group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lipoic acid combined with insulin pump on T2DM has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
