微创种植牙技术对下颌磨牙区牙齿缺失患者美观度与咀嚼功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微创种植牙技术对下颌磨牙区牙齿缺失患者美观度与咀嚼功能的影响。方法选择2018年1月至2020年12月我院接收的45例下颌磨牙区牙齿缺失患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签方式将其分为试验组(n=23,微创种植牙技术)和参照组(n=22,常规牙龈翻瓣口腔种植术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的手术时长、创口愈合时长、术后红肿时长、术后疼痛时长均短于参照组,视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应总发生率显著低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的牙周咬合力、牙齿咀嚼功能、牙龈指数(GI)、出血指数(BI)均优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后影响美观度的总发生率为8.70%,显著低于参照组的27.27%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后7 d,试验组的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平低于参照组,白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创种植牙技术治疗下颌磨牙区牙齿缺失患者的临床效果显著,可降低不良反应总发生率,改善美观度、咀嚼功能及炎症指标,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the effects of minimally invasive dental implant technology on aesthetics and chewing function of patients with tooth loss in mandibular molar area.Methods A total of 45 patients with tooth loss in mandibular molar area received in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into experimental group(n=23,minimally invasive dental implant technology)and reference group(n=22,conventional gingival flap oral implant surgery)according to random lottery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,wound healing time,postoperative swelling time and postoperative pain time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal bite force,tooth chewing function,gingival index(GI)and bleeding index(BI)of the experimental group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative aesthetics in the experimental group was 8.70%,which was significantly lower than 27.27%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 7 d after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the level of interleukin-8(IL-8)was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive dental implant technology in the treatment of patients with mandibular molar tooth loss has a significant clinical effect,which can reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions,improve aesthetics,chewing function and inflammatory indicators,and is worthy of clinical application.
