以病人信息需求为导向的健康教育结合积极心理干预对脊柱骨折术后患者疼痛介质及康复积极性的影响

Effects of health education oriented by patients’information needs combined with positive psychological intervention on pain mediators and rehabilitation enthusiasm of patients after spinal fracture surgery

目的探究以病人信息需求为导向的健康教育结合积极心理干预对脊柱骨折术后患者疼痛介质及康复积极性的影响。方法选择于我院行脊柱骨折术治疗的150例患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案将其分为对照组(75例,常规护理干预)和观察组(75例,常规护理+以病人信息需求为导向的健康教育+积极心理干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的P物质(SP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、多巴胺(DA)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的积极举动、康复护理配合度评分均高于对照组,放弃举动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的直腿抬高角度、腰背伸高度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以病人信息需求为导向的健康教育结合积极心理干预用于脊柱骨折术后患者临床护理中,可调节疼痛介质的表达,提高患者康复积极性,促进身体功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effects of health education oriented by patients’information needs combined with positive psychological intervention on pain mediators and rehabilitation enthusiasm of patients after spinal fracture surgery.Methods A total of 150 patients underwent spinal fracture surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(75 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(75 cases,routine nursing+health education oriented by patients’information needs+positive psychological intervention)according to the nursing plan.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and dopamine(DA)levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive behavior and rehabilitation nursing cooperation scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the abandonment behavior score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the straight leg elevation angle and waist back extension height in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education oriented by patients’information needs combined with positive psychological intervention applied in clinical nursing of patients after spinal fracture surgery can regulate the expression of pain mediators,improve patients’enthusiasm for recovery,and promote physical function recovery.
