针对性护理联合焦点式心理护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖指标及母婴结局的影响

Effects of targeted nursing combined with focus psychological nursing on blood glucose indexes and maternal-infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的研究针对性护理联合焦点式心理护理对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖指标及母婴结局的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院接收的100例GDM患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组(50例,常规护理)和研究组(50例,针对性护理联合焦点式心理护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,研究组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于常规组,Herth希望量表(HHI)评分高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及糖化血红蛋白低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的羊水过多、早产、妊娠高血压、新生儿窒息、巨大儿、新生儿黄疸发生率均低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理联合焦点式心理护理在GDM患者中效果显著,有利于改善血糖指标及母婴结局。

Objective To study the effects of targeted nursing combined with focus psychological nursing on blood glucose indexes and maternal-infant outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 100GDM patients received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into conventional group(50 cases,routine nursing)and study group(50 cases,targeted nursing combined with focused psychological nursing)by random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,the Herth Hope Index(HHI)score was higher than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of polyhydramnios,premature delivery,gestational hypertension,neonatal asphyxia,macrosomia and neonatal jaundice in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing combined with focused psychological nursing has a significant effect in GDM patients,which is conducive to improving blood glucose indexes and maternal-infant outcomes.
