预见性护理在ICU中心静脉置管患者中的应用效果

Application effect of predictive nursing on ICU patients with central vascular catheter

目的探讨预见性护理在重症监护室(ICU)中心静脉置管患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月至2021年6月我院ICU收治的150例中心静脉置管患者作为研究对象,根据就诊顺序将其分为对照组和研究组,各75例。对照组给予常规ICU护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予预见性护理。比较两组的导管相关不良事件发生情况、导管留置时间、ICU停留时间、ICU费用及护理满意度。结果研究组的导管相关不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的导管留置时间、ICU停留时间短于对照组,ICU费用低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理方式认可度、护士专业技能、护士服务态度、躯体舒适度、不良事件预防效果评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用于ICU中心静脉置管患者中,可有效降低导管相关不良事件发生率,缩短导管留置时间及ICU停留时间,节约医疗成本,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing on intensive care unit(ICU)patients with central vascular catheter.Methods A total of ICU 150 patients with central vascular catheter admitted in our hospital from November 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group according to the order of visit,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given routine ICU nursing,and the study group was given predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of catheter related adverse events,catheter retention time,ICU stay time,ICU costs and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of catheter related adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheter retention time,ICU stay time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,ICU costs was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of recognition of nursing methods,professional skills of nurses,service attitude of nurses,physical comfort and adverse events prevention effect in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing applied in ICU patients with central vascular catheter can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter related adverse events,and shorten the catheter retention time and ICU stay time,save the medical costs,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
