聚焦激励式护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者心理弹性的影响

Influence of focus on motivational care intervention on psychological resilience of patients undergoing radical mastectomy

目的探究聚焦激励式护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者心理弹性的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年3月于我院行乳腺癌根治术的96例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予聚焦激励式护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果观察组的肩关节活动正常占比高于对照组,活动受限占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、生命质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)各维度评分高于对照组,社会影响量表(SIS)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦激励式护理干预应用于乳腺癌根治术患者中的效果显著,可改善心理弹性与病耻感,提高生存质量及肢体活动功能,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To explore the influence of focus on motivational care intervention on psychological resilience of patients undergoing radical mastectomy.Methods A total of 96 breast cancer patients who underwent radical mastectomy in our hospital from February 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given focus on motivational care intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The proportion of normal shoulder joint activity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of restricted shoulder joint activity was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(QLQ-C30)were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of all dimensions of Social Impact Scale(SIS)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The focus on motivational care intervention applied in patients undergoing radical mastectomy has a significant effect,it can ameliorate psychological resilience and stigma,and improve quality of life and physical activity function,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
