集束化护理下早期预警评分应用对ICU感染性休克患者预后影响

Effect of early warning score application under cluster nursing on prognosis of icu patients with septic shock

目的:分析集束化护理下早期预警评分应用对重症医学科(ICU)感染性休克患者生命体征指标(心率、收缩压、舒张压)、并发症(脑水肿、心功能衰竭、肾功能衰竭)总发生率、预后(存活、死亡)的影响效果。方法:选取本院ICU2019年1月至2022年1月收入的90例感染性休克患者并依据实施的护理模式分为对照组45例与观察组45例。对照组实施传统ICU护理模式,观察组实施基于早期预警评分的集束化护理,对比两组患者护理前后的生命体征指标,统计并比较并发症总发生率与预后差异。结果:观察组的存活率、护理后的收缩压、舒张压高于对照组,并发症总发生率、死亡率、护理后的心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理下早期预警评分的应用有助于维持ICU感染性休克患者生命体征平稳,降低并发症总发生率并改善其预后,具有重要的应用价值。

Objective:To analyze the application of early warning score under cluster nursing on vital signs(heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure),complications(cerebral edema,heart failure,renal function)of patients with septic shock in intensive care unit(ICU)failure total incidence and prognosis(survival,death).Methods:A total of 90 patients with septic shock who were admitted to the ICU of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected and divided into a control group of 45 cases and an observation group of 45 cases according to the nursing mode implemented.The control group was given the traditional ICU nursing mode,and the observation group was given the cluster nursing based on early warning score.Results:The survival rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications,mortality,and heart rate after nursing were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<O.05).Conclusion:The application of early warning score under cluster nursing can help maintain the stability of vital signs of patients with septic shock in ICU,reduce the overall incidence of complications and improve their prognosis,which has important application value.
