“互联网+孕妇学校”管理模式对妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理能力和妊娠结局的影响

The Effcts of“Internet+Pregnant Women's School”Model on Self-management Skills and Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Gestation Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨“互联网+孕妇学校”管理模式在改善妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者自我管理能力和妊娠结局中的作用。方法:选取2020年1月至8月南通市妇幼保健院产科门诊确诊的180例GDM孕妇并按孕妇意愿分为研究组和对照组。其中研究组97例,采用“互联网+孕妇学校”管理模式干预;对照组83例,采用传统护理模式干预。比较两组孕妇空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、自我管理能力(SMQGDM量表评价)及妊娠结局。结果:干预后,研究组患者FBG、2hPG水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SMQGDM评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产、巨大儿及新生儿窒息发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:“互联网+孕妇学校”管理模式应用到GDM患者的孕期保健,可以提高患者自我管理能力,稳定控制血糖,减少不良妊娠结局。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of"Internet+pregnant women's school"model on self-management skills and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestation diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 180 pregnant women with GDM diagnosed in a obstetrics Clinic of Nantong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to August 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group by their wishes.There were 97 cases who received"Internet+pregnant women's school"management model in the study group,and there were 83 cases who received traditional nursing intervention model in the control group.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),self-management skills(by SMQG-DM scale)and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of FBG and 2hPG in study group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),the score of SMQGDM was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of cesarean section,macrosomia and neonatal asphyxia were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Internet+pregnant women's schoo"model training for GDM patients can improve their self-management skills,stabilize blood glucose and reduce adverse pregnancy outcome.
