中西医结合康复型护理用于中风患者的临床效果及对肢体功能恢复的改善作用

The clinical effect of rehabilitative nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on stroke and its improvement on the recovery of limb function

目的:研析中西医结合康复型护理干预用于中风的临床效果及其对患者肢体功能恢复的改善作用。方法:选取2019年7月1日至2020年6月30日康平县人民医院诊疗的234例中风患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为两组——对照组和观察组(每组病例数为117例),对照组患者接受西医康复型护理,观察组采用中西医结合康复型护理。对比两组干预前后的神经功能、日常生活能力、中医证候积分及FAM评分。结果:干预前,两组的各项神经功能、日常生活能力、中医证候积分及FAM评分指标相比,差异不明显(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的神经功能缺损评分和中医症候积分均低于对照组,而BI指数及FAM评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合康复型护理干预用于中风的临床效果显著,可有效促进肢体功能恢复,减少中医证候积分,提高日常生活能力。

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitative nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on stroke and its improvement on the recovery of limb function.Methods:A total of 234 patients with stroke treated in Kangping Peoples Hospital from July 1,2019 to June 30,2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the research subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group(117 cases in each group).The control group received rehabilitative nursing of western medicine,and the observation group received rehabilitative nursing of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine.The neurological function,activities of daily living,TCM symptom score and FAM score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in neurological function,activities of daily living,TCM symptom score and fam score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the neurological function defect score and TCM symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while BI index and FAM score were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of rehabilitative nursing intervention of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine for stroke is significant,which can effectively promote the recovery of limb function,reduce TCM symptom score,and improve the ability of daily life.
