无人设备末端配送存在的问题及优化建议

随着现代信息技术如互联网、大数据、人工智能等技术的不断涌现,物流系统的无人化、智能化重构将会是未来的发展方向。无人配送以其“小、快、灵活”的优势逐渐应用于城市物流配送当中。通过阐明无人配送国内外发展现状;论述无人配送的含义及配送特点;分析其存在的问题并提出相应的建议,解决“最后一公里”末端配送问题。但在实际的运行中无人配送还是会受到多重因素共同影响,因此有关无人配送的问题研究还有待进一步完善。

With the continuous emergence of modern information technology,such as Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and so on,the unmanned and intelligent reconstruction of logistics system will be the development direction in the future.Unmanned distribution is gradually applied to urban logistics distribution because of its advantages of"small,fast and flexible".This paper expounds the background of unmanned distribution and the current situation at home and abroad,discusses the meaning and characteristics of unmanned distribution,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding suggestions,in order to solve the problem of"the last kilometer"end distribution.However,in the actual operation,unmanned distribution will still be affected by multiple factors,so the research on unmanned distribution needs to be further improved.
