钢箱结构桥梁施工焊接反变形工艺研究

摘要 该文主要开展在钢箱结构桥梁生产制造过程中对焊接反变形工艺技术的研究,钢结构桥梁的制作主要靠焊接完成,然而由于大量焊接作业,使得焊接过程中容易导致构件焊接位置骤热而产生焊接变形,造成钢桥梁构件单元结构的形体尺寸改变和外观变形。常规的施工方法是焊接后采用局部热矫正或冷矫正的方法,然而该方法既浪费大量的人工成本同时矫正效果也不尽理想,给产品质量和施工周期也造成一定的影响。该文主要介绍通过改变焊接构件的坡口形式和设计专用的反变形焊接工装,来改善或消除这种由于焊接而导致的结构焊接变形现象。该工艺使用利于生产,且该反变形装置结构简单、安全可靠、易控制、低成本。 This paper mainly expounds the research on the welding anti deformation process technology in the production and manufacturing process of steel box structure bridge.The manufacturing of steel structure bridge is mainly completed by welding.However,due to a large number of welding operations,it is easy to lead to the sudden heat of the welding position of components and welding deformation in the welding process,which seriously leads to the change of body size and appearance deformation of the unit structure of steel bridge members.The conventional construction method is to adopt the method of local thermal correction or cold correction after welding.However,this method not only wastes a lot of labor cost,but also the correction effect is not ideal,which also has a certain impact on the product quality and construction cycle.This paper mainly introduces how to improve or eliminate the structural welding deformation caused by welding by changing the groove form of welding components and designing special anti-deformation welding tooling.The process is conducive to production,and the anti-deformation device has the advantages of simple structure,safety,reliability,easy control and low cost.
