心理弹性在扬州市肺癌患者社会支持与益处发现间的作用分析

Analysis of Effect of Psychological Resilience Between Social Support and Benefit Finding Among Patients with Lung Cancer in Yangzhou

目的:分析心理弹性在肺癌患者社会支持和益处发现间的中介效应,为提升肺癌患者的益处发现水平提供参考。方法:采用整群抽样法,使用一般情况调查表、心理弹性量表、社会支持评定量表和益处发现量表对扬州市两所三级甲等医院的肺癌患者开展调查。结果:共得到301份有效问卷。肺癌患者心理弹性得分为(54.16±11.97)分,社会支持得分为(44.61±6.01)分,益处发现得分为(61.43±7.43)分。肺癌患者心理弹性与社会支持、益处发现呈正相关(P<0.001),社会支持与益处发现呈正相关(P<0.001)。心理弹性在肺癌患者社会支持和益处发现间存在中介效应,其占据了总效应25.90%的比例。结论:肺癌患者社会支持可正向预测益处发现,且心理弹性具有中介作用。医务人员应及时评估肺癌患者心理弹性水平,制定针对性的干预策略提高患者的社会支持及心理弹性水平,激发患者自我调适的潜能,以提高患者的益处发现水平。

Objective:To analyze the mediating effect of psychological resilience between social support and benefit finding among patients with lung cancer,so as to provide references for improving the level of benefit finding of lung cancer patients.Methods:Cluster sampling method was used to investigate patients with lung cancer in two grade-A tertiary hospitals in Yangzhou using the general information questionnaire,resilience scale,social support rating scale and benefit finding scale.Results:A total of 301 valid questionnaires were obtained.The score of psychological resilience among lung cancer patients was(54.16±11.97),the score of social support was(44.61±6.01),and the score of benefit finding was(61.43±7.43).Psychological resilience was positively correlated with social support and benefit finding(P<0.001),and social support was positively correlated with benefit finding among lung cancer patients(P<0.001).Psychological resilience had a mediating effect between social support and benefit finding of lung cancer patients,and the mediating effect accounted for 25.90%of the total effect.Conclusion:Social support of lung cancer patients can positively predict benefit finding,and psychological resilience has a mediating effect.Medical staff should assess the level of psychological resilience of lung cancer patients in time,formulate targeted intervention strategies to improve the level of social support and psychological resilience and stimulate the potential of self-adjustment of patients,thereby improving the level of benefit finding of patients.
