Influence of Perceived Social Support on Psychological Resilience Among Medical Staff

目的:分析医护人员领悟社会支持对心理弹性的影响及潜在路径,探讨在领悟社会支持与心理弹性之间积极应对方式的调节作用和工作投入意愿的中介作用,为提高医护人员的心理弹性提供参考。方法:采用领悟社会支持量表、积极应对方式量表、工作投入意愿量表和心理弹性量表对广东省和江西省共4家医院的医护人员进行调查。结果:共得到768份有效问卷。医护人员领悟社会支持正向预测心理弹性(P<0.001);应对方式调节了领悟社会支持与心理弹性间的关系(P<0.001),也调节了领悟社会支持与工作投入意愿间的关系(P<0.001);有中介的调节分析表明应对方式对领悟社会支持和心理弹性关系的调节效应通过工作投入意愿的部分中介起作用(β=0.48,P<0.001)。结论:医护人员领悟社会支持影响心理弹性的路径受到应对方式的调节,且调节效应通过工作投入意愿的中介而实现,有关部门在宏观层面加强社会支持系统建设的同时,也可关注个人层面的应对方式与工作投入意愿。

Objective:To analyze the impact of perceived social support on psychological resilience and its potential pathway,and to explore the moderating role of positive coping style and the mediating role of willingness to work engagement between perceived social support and psychological resilience,so as to provide references for improving psychological resilience of medical staff.Methods:The perceived social support scale,positive coping style scale,work engagement intention scale and psychological resilience scale were used to survey medical staff in four hospitals in Guangdong and Jiangxi province.Results:A total of 768 valid questionnaires were collected.The perceived social support positively predicted psychological resilience among medical staff(P<0.001).The coping style moderated the relationship between perceived social support and psychological resilience(P<0.001),and also moderated the relationship between perceived social support and willingness to work engagement(P<0.001).The mediated moderation analysis showed that the moderating effect of coping style on the relationship between perceived social support and psychological resilience was partially mediated by willingness to work engagement(β=0.48,P<0.001).Conclusion:Perceived social support has a direct impact on psychological resilience,which is moderated by coping style,and the moderating effect is partially realized by the mediation of willingness to work engagement.The relevant departments should strengthen the construction of social support system at the macro level and also focus on coping style and willingness to work engagement at the individual level.
