目的通过分析“区块链技术+互联网医疗”领域的研究热点与趋势,为其进一步发展提供参考。方法以中国知网、维普、万方等数据库中截止到2021年12月的中文文献为研究对象,使用CiteSpace软件对“区块链技术+互联网医疗”领域的国内研究热点和趋势进行分析。结果区块链技术在互联网医疗领域应用的研究已经得到广泛的认识,研究热点主要集中于智能合约、数据共享、隐私保护、人工智能、大数据、数据安全、电子病历、医疗数据、智慧医疗、物联网等方面,联盟链、医联体、超级账本、信息共享、智慧医疗等是近年来研究的热点,也是该领域研究的趋势。结论区块链技术在互联网医疗领域快速发展,其研究热点与趋势可为未来该领域的进一步研究提供方向。

Objective By analyzing the research hotspots and trends in the field of“blockchain technology+Internet medical”,it provides references for its further development.Methods The Chinese literatures in CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and other databases as of the end of December 2021 are taken as the research object,the literature analysis tool,Citespace is used to analyze the domestic research hotspots and trends in the field of“blockchain technology+Internet medical”.Results Blockchain technology has been widely recognized in the field of Internet medical.Research hotspots mainly include smart contracts,data sharing,privacy protection,artificial intelligence,big data,data security,electronic medical records,medical data,smart healthcare,internet of things,etc.Research on alliance chain,medical alliance,hyperledger,information sharing,smart healthcare are not only the current hotspots,but also the trend in this field.Conclusion Blockchain technology is developing rapidly in the field of Internet medical,and its research hotspots and trends can provide directions for further research in this field in the future.
